Kara has proudly called the Lake Norman area home for more than 20 years and has been helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals since 2020. As a REALTOR®, she is known for her authentic approach, strong communication, and commitment to building lasting relationships with her clients.
Inspired by a passion for real estate, architecture, and helping others, Kara transitioned from a career in medical administration into real estate, where she found the perfect opportunity to combine service, advocacy, and expertise. She particularly enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, relocating families, and clients seeking luxury properties throughout the Lake Norman region.
Kara believes real estate is about more than a transaction, it's about earning trust, building relationships, and guiding clients through every step of the process with confidence. Her clients appreciate her personable nature, reliability, and ability to create a comfortable, informed experience from beginning to end.
Outside of real estate, Kara enjoys spending time with her three children, being on the water, hiking, painting, and supporting animal rescue efforts. As an active member of the local community and school systems, she is passionate about helping others feel at home in the place she has proudly called home for more than two decades.
